The farmers in the Eilesmore district say teat they have had plenty of, rain to meet all requirements for some tima to come. Tne fall during last weel£- [ end and during the early part of tins week was fairly heavy, and the gouni has had a thorough soaking. A sneli of fine -Reather would be welcomed' as farmers are anxious to get ahead with their ploughing and the sowing of printer wheat. A fair amount of sowing that has been done in the immediate neighbourhood of Sonthbridge, but very little wheat has been put in'round about Lakeside and Brookside.
