THE LYTTELTON SEAT.
Mr J. B. Laurenson, who contested the Lyttelton seat at the by-election last year, has been approached by a number of Lyttelton elector? and asked to stand as a'candidate at the approaching general elections. After giving the matter careful consideration,-Mr. Laurenson lias decided not to bo a candidate.
