Lord Curzon. in his presidential address to the Royal Geographical Society, said the Scott tragedy had cast a cloud over tho brilliance of other Antarctic achievements. If Shackleton carried out liis Napoleonic conception, he would add the final wreath to tho others with which he was crowned.
