(Received May 19th. 11.So p.m.) WASHINGTON, May 18. The United States has decided to keep the troops at Vera Cruz until the Peace Conference hns definite results. Tho mediators have already arranged plans dealing with the Mexican agrarian problems. Senor D. Agma,- tho Brazilian Ambassador in tho United States, has arrived at Niagara Fall?.
Tho Duko of Connaught, GovernorGeneral of Canada, sent greetings to tho Conference, hoping its efforts would result in lasting peace.
