QUEEN'S THEATRE.

Tho Redskin's inherent love for "fire-water" and tho steps taken by whisky distillers to supply their wants, in spito of the illegality of the sale, are the features of- a new drama, which is to be screened at the Queen's Continuous Picture Theatre, Hereford street, today and to-night- The act is entitled "Moonshiners' Last Stand," and concerns a family which conducted an illicit still. A lovely girl is a member of the family, and/a detective., who is sent to collect evidence' against the distillers, turi*s out to be only human, and incidentally falls in love with tho fair criminal. Redskins raid the cabin, and a pitched fight takes place. Troops arrive in the nick of time, and save the family, but the shack is burned down. Though the party lose their property, yet fortune in the long run favours them, for in the general conflagration all the incriminating evidence against them is destroyed. The detective is secretly delighted that there is no case against the law-breakers, and incidentally his lady love. As is quite right and proper, the detective marries the girl, and everything ends pleasantly. A splendid series of pictures, which will be of interest to children, is entitled 'In a Russian Zoo," showing the lords of the forest and jungle in all their splendour. Other features are "A Story of Crime," a screaming comedy; and "A Ten-Dollar Suit,' another pleasing comedy. "The Soldier Brothers of Susannah" (a story of the American Civil War), "Too Many Johnnies" (comic), and the latest "Topical Budget.'"
