DOGS AFFECTED IN FRANCE. (By Cable.—Frew Association—Gopjilztit.) PARIS, January 28. Some dogs have been discovered at Marseilles snowing symptoms of Indian black plague. The Pathological Society urges the exclusion of those arriving from countries where the disease is endemic.
