Tho first term of the year will begin on Friday, February 6th, at 9 a.m. The he-admaster will be at home to receive parents or guardians between tho hours of 2 and 4 p.m. on Wednesday next, or by appointment. Tho supplementary entrance examination will be held on Wednesday, February 4th, and Thursday, February sth, conime'ncing at 9 a.m. Successful candidates will bo allotted vacancies, if possible, for the current term. There will be a Communion service at 8 a.m. in the School Chapel, and Matins at 11 a.m., when the commemoration sermon will bo preached by the Rev. Canon Sedgwick, Bishop-elect of Waiapu. The headmaster will bo At Home in the afternoon on the school cricket ground betwi»en 3 and o. The distribution of prizes will tako placo in the school gymnasium at 5.30 p.m. His Excellency the Governor, who will be accompanied by the Countess of Liverpool, has kindly consented to distribute the prizes.
