REVOLUTION SPREADING. (By Cable. —Press Association.— __pyrij-_.t.) HAYTIEN, January 27. Revolution is spreading throughout the entire north of 'the island. Tho whole population is in arms, and heavy fighting is anticipated. (Received January 28th, 11.50 p.m.) PORT-AU-PRINCE, January 27. After tho President had taken refuge on a German gunboat, fighting began in tho streets, tho revolutionary elements wreaking vengeance on the town because they wero unable to capture President Crest.. The crowd attempted to lynch individual policemen who were using revolvers and clubs, and had wounded many rioters.
