YOUNG WOMAN INCENDIARY.
9 (X>RXS3 ABSOriATTOV TELEGRAM.) AUCKLAND, January 27. A young woman named Minnie Trewin pleaded guilty at Huntly to a charge of setting fire to a Taupiri billiard room. A quantity of wood shavings, etc., were placed near the building and ignited, but the'tenants discovered the flames in time to save the building and its contents. Accused was committed for sentence.
