At a big Protestant demonstration resolutions were carried expressing loyalty to the Throne, solemnly protesting against the establishment- of Home Rule in Irelan3, and pledging themselves to stand by their compatriots in Ulster and other parts of Ireland in the desperate defence now forced upon them. A copy of the resolutions will be forwarded to the King.
