Heavy falls of snow in the southwestern districts of France have cut off supplies from many villages, and one with over a thousand inhabitants was out of touch with tho world for over a week. Wolves and wild boars made their appearance. FROST IN ENGLAND. (Received January 25th, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, January 24. Seventeen degrees of frost were registered in England.
