THE SUNKEN SUBMARINE.
EFFORT TO MOVE HER FAILS. (By Ctble.i-Preea Association— LONDON, January 25. A hawser was placed under the sunken submarine A 7, but an effort to move her failed. For the purpose of investigating the cause of the disaster, the submarine Ao was submerged to a considerable depth, and her crew readily raised her to the surface, using the emergency handpumps.
