REICHSTAG'S ACTION. (Received January 26th. 12.15 a.m.) BERLIN, January 35. The Reichstag adopted the Centre Party's motion approving military action in purely police affairs being co regulated as to assure independence of the civil authority, also the National Liberals' motion in favour of the revision of the regulations dealing with the rights of the military to uso arms. The Radicals are indignant that the Government did not participate in the debate on the motions.
