The following local Bills .were put through all stagey: Napier., .Harbour Board Empowering and "Loan Bill (Air Campbell), Lyttelton Harbour Board Land Bill (Mr Nosworthy), Christjchurch Domains Amendmont Bill (Mr Davey), Gisborne Borough and Harbour Board Lands Exchange and Empoworine Bill (Mr Mac Donald), Wanganui Borough Council Special Rate Empowering and Special Loan Bill (Mr Voitch), Tuakitoto and Kaitangata Lands Act 1911. Amendment Bill (Hon. •Mr Alien) Auckland Weekly Half Ho'iday. ' The Christchurch Tramway District Amendment and Foxton Harbour Board Loan Bills were withdrawn. The House rose at 1 p.m. for luncheon.
