(Received December 9th, 12.15 a.m.) SYDNEY, December 8. Mr Hall, has dropped to second place behind the Liberal candidate in tho Enmore contest, but tho small uncounted postal vote is not insufficient to avert a second ballot. The second ballots have been fixed as under: —City 13th, country 23rd.
