PARIS, December 7
1 Baroness Ursula yon Almowski is claiming £500,000 for breach of promise from Mr Michael Hurley, a Western American millionaire.
Tho Countess says that they met in Paris in 1912, Hurley giving a dinner two days later, and announcing their engagement. She alleges that she has spent £20,000 in travelling and preparing for tho wedding.
Their acquaintance originated through a motor collision, Hurley being thrown into the countess's car.
