WELLINGTON, 3>ecernber 8. Mr Arthur A. Paapc, organiser for the Reform Party, has just returned to Wellington after a tour of the Auckland Province. Hβ attended many meetings of the Reform League m South Auckland and the goldfieids districts, and he also attended several 6Uminer shows, and he reports that the prospects of the Reform Party have never looked brighter. Many people, ho states, who have hitherto always op* posed the Maseey Government, are now with the Reform Party, and the sup-, porters of the Government are enthusiastic as to the prospects at next election.
