VETERANS' MATCH
The following playera have been chosen to represent the Canterbury Veterans against the Ota<>> Veterans in the match to tako place at Lancaster Park on December 24th, commencing at 10 a.m.:—F. tVilding, W. Frith, T. D. Harman, J. Wheatley, S. McMurray, J. N. Fowko, W. Pearce, A. E. Ridley, H. C. Ridley, J. D. Lawrence, and T. \V. Reeco. TJrjpire, Air R. D. Harman. Any player unable to take part in the match is asked to notify the secretary of the Association as soon as possible. . A return veterans' match has been arranged to take place in Dunedin some time during February. .With a view of giving other players a chance to take part in this contest the selectors havo decided to select a team other than tho above-mentioned players.
