UNEMPLOYMENT LEGISLATION.
(Received December 7th. 5.5 p.m.) BERLIN. December 6. Herr Delbrueck, in tho Reichstag, replying to an interpellation, said that legislation against unemployment was at present impracticable, but promised to extend tho scopo of the employment bureaux.
