CONFERENCE FAILS. .(Recoived December Bth, 1.10 a.m.) LONDON, December 7. A Trade Union deputation -waited on the employers of Dublin. An all-night conference followed, which was resultless. The men demanded a complete reinstatement, which the- masters rofused.
