The morning sittings, which are always a sign of the near approach of the end of a session, will commence to-morrow, when the House will nicet at IO.'X) a.m. to deal with local Bills-

It is generally expected that tbe session, which is the longest on record, will close about tho end of this week. An effort will be made to finish by Friday or Saturday at the latest.
