COLD AND HUNGER FELT. (Received December 7th. 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, December 6. Reports from Bryan, Texas, aro to the effect that the Brazos river overflowed its banks, marooning thousands of people. They are suffering from cold and hunger. Many have taken refuge in trees. Work is difficult, owing to tho strength of the currents.
