NOURISHMENT REFUSED.
Mrs Pankhurst refuses to eat and drink. A picket at Exeter was arrested for obstructing the prison doctor's motorcar, believing that Mrs Pankhurst was a passenger therein. Suffragettes picketed the prisons where Mrs Pankhurst was likely to bo sent.
