CANTERBURY FRUITGROWERS' ASSOCIATION.
The monthly meeting of the bury Fruitgrowers' Association was held on Saturday evening, Mr S. J. Fitch presiding over a good attendance! It was decided on the motion of Mr F. Sisson (president)—" That this Association heartily supports the Nelson Association in their undertaking in regard to a national apple show." Mr Archer explained that it was proposed to hold these shows in each centre, beginning with Wellington, arrangements to be made later on regarding the other centres.
