SATURDAY'S MATCHES.
FIRST JGRADB. For the next few weeks Senior Championship matches will be robbed of some of their interest, owing to the fact that no less than eight of the leading players are away with the New Zealand team in Australia. Riccarton was the only side that took the field on Saturday that had not suffered loss. The weather was beautifully fine, whilst the wickets were in splendid order. West Christchurch are in a strong position against St. Albans, whilst Linwood are in a hopeless position against Riccarton. Sydenham hold a strong position against East Christchurch.
