Fisher, and Hughes addressed a final, big and enthusiastic* Labour rally in tho Town Hall. The No-license and liquor parties are spending monoy' lavishly in appeals to voters. There are many elaborate advertisements and posters, and mnch literature is being circulated depicting tho effects of tho wet and dry syatcins. New Zealand's experience bulks prominently in tho controversy.
