(rams association tet_kqka_ji.) WELLINGTON, December 3. With fine weather to-day, good work was accomplished on the wharves. The new Watersiders' Union is now nearly 1800 strong. During the day a new stokehold crew for the Opawa signed on, and the vessel left for London this afternoon. The Union Company is advised that the Waipori left Newcastle yesterday with a full cargo of coal, which will be used for bunkering the boats maintaining the coastal and ferry services. It is expected that a direct vessel from Sydney will airrivef here next week —either the Maunganui br the Manuka. Owing to her late arrival from Sydney, the departure of the" Aorangi' for San Francisco has been postponed untd noon on Saturday. The Tahiti, which will take the place of the regular Sydney steamer from Wellington, will not sail till -Saturday.
