The consolidation of schools should receive greater consideration from the education boards, as both in primary and district high schools considerable improvement in efficiency together with economy of administration might bo secured. The Committee emphasises the finding of the Commission that the Railway Department should co-opt. ato in the attendance of chddren. Monitors should be appointed to supervise travelling children. Tlie Minister was recommended to consider the whole question of superannuation.
