TURKEY.
TREATY WITH ENGLAND.
MANY CONCESSIONS GRANTED.

(By Cable.—Prese Association.—Copyright.) CONSTAXTINOPLE, December 1. It is stated that under the AngloTurkish Treaty about to be signed, Britain obtains a concession over all tho oil wells in Arabia, Mesopotamia, and Syria. The frontiers of Koweit, at the head of the Persian Gulf, will be settled in accordance with Britain's demands.- Tho Sultan of Koweit will be placed under Turkish sovereignty, but will be practically independent, and entitled to conduct external relations without Turkish supervision, and directly control a large hinterland.
Under the same treaty navigation of the Euphrates and Tigris will form the monopoly of an international company, 50 per cent, of ihe capital of which is held by England, 25 by Turkey, and 25 by Germany, Lord Inchcape's group of financiers lopresenting British interests..
