(Before Mr T. Hutcheson, S.M.) Patrick Cunningham (Mr Middloton) sued William G. Paul (Mr Perry) for £32 11s Gd, wages due. Judgment was given for £"30 lite ;md costs, out ii stay of x>rocee*lings was granted, to enable a counter-claim for tho value of some potatoes to be entered. F. T. Itobson (Mr Middleton) sued Charles Rourke (Mr Perry) for £9 12s Gd, difference in value between table and seed potatoes. Judgment was given for £7 10s and 63s costsEdward Richards and Alex. Stewart were given an extension of time in which to comply with gorse orders from the County Council, upon paying 18s costs each. Lawrence Thyne and Pat Walsh were fined £0 and 7s costs, and 10s and 7s costs ; respectively, for breaches of prohibition orders. For breaches of the Defence Act Ewan Campbell was fined 40s, John F. Fqgarty 20s, Norman E. Joyce ss, and Michael Kennedy 10s, whilst A. Carinichael was convicted and discharged. Judgment was given for plaintiffs, by default, in the following civil cases: --E. C. Hayes (Mr Middleton) v. James He«-iii. ciaim £S Ss, costs 15s; K. Kins> (Mr Perry) v. George Ciiitty, claim £1.
