Stewart were given an extension of time in which to comply with gorse orders from the County Council, upon paying 18s costs each. Lawrence Thyne and Pat Walsh were fined £0 and 7s costs, and 10s and 7s costs ; respectively, for breaches of prohibition orders. For breaches of the Defence Act Ewan Campbell was fined 40s, John F. Fqgarty 20s, Norman E. Joyce ss, and Michael Kennedy 10s, whilst A. Carinichael was convicted and discharged. Judgment was given for plaintiffs, by default, in the following civil cases: --E. C.
