General Savoff agreed to attack if Kins Ferdinand pave- his orders in writing, and tho King immediately complicn]. Tho Government, was deprived of any voico in tho mattor. General Savoff, 't is stated, hints that King Ferdinand acted at Austria's tuggfcfition.
