(Before Mr T. A. B. Bailey, S.M.) E. Lancaster, for allowing a horse to wander in Eyre county, was fined os with 7s cost-. - Albert Brown and W. Dickie, for obtaining liquor while they were the subjects of prohibition orders, were each fined 10s and costs 7s. Alfred Elten, for riding a tricycle on a footpath, was convicted and discharged.
