KIRWEE CLUB. A meeting of the Kirwee Athletic Club waa held on Saturday evening. __r I. Lorge'.ly, president of the club, presided over a large attendance. The chairman, in moving the adoption of the report and b_!__ce-_heet, complimented the club on having a balance to credit of £3 15s, and expressed pleasure that the sports hsd been ex> well patronised by tbe public, proving that they were gaining in public favour. He announced that it was intended to introduce rtfext year Highland danci-R and bagpipe music, for which good prizes would be given. Hearty -votes of thanks were passed to Mr Robert Burgess (for tbe excellent work he bad done on the track, free of cost), to the aonors of special prizes, and to the hon. secretary and tbe ton. treasurer. • YOUR NEW MACHINE.
