King Ferdinand has left on his return to Sofia. * A high Bulgarian personage .declares that the Bulgarian Government forced King Ferdinand to sign secret Serbo-Bulgariau Treaty. Ferdinand hesitated for a long time, and then when ho signed it exclaimed, "God preserve Bulgaria from the consequences." The personage added that all misunderstandings between King Ferdinand and the Emperor Franz Josef.. arising out of tbe. publication of the Treaty, have now been cleared up.
