The newspapers are irritated at the "Matin's" publication of an alleged secret agreement made between Bulgaria and Servia against Austria prior to tho first Balkan war. They savagely criticise King Ferdinand of Bulgaria, and demand his ; departure from Vienna. They accuse him of betraying Austria's confidence, and then coming to Vienna to exchange 6allies with actresses behind the scenes when his country has lost .a hundred thousand men, aud fifty thousand aro going round on crutches. The Emperor Franz Josef gave an audience to King Ferdinand.
