The port will be opened on Monday, when two steamers will call for cargoes. During the week there have been only a few transactions, and these on a modest scale. Velvet has sold at 4s o_d, and 3s /id net for solid straw Tuscan. A fair-sized line of A grade Gartons was purchased at a country station at 2s, loss commission. ■ The season for potatoes has closed. •
