The Timaru Rowing Club notified the appointment of Mr C. G. Farrow as their delegate. Aksroa appointed Mr F. S. Otley to » similar poeitkm in tho internets of their club. The latter club "wrote informing the A»ecci&lion that it bed been decided to proceed with their regatta, which would be held as usual on December 16th, unless financial assistance wee withheld through tho present unsettled stato of affairs.
