QUEEN'S THEATRE.
"Tho Panama Canal," a film 4oooft. in length, showing every phase of work on that great undertaking, will be ■the feature of to-day's now programme at the Qiieon's Continuous Picture Theatre, Hereford street. This is the first time in Christchuroh that a picture such as "The Panama Canal" has been shown at tho popular prices of 6d and 3d, and in addition the Queen's Theatre has now an efficient orchestra, which plays during all evening sessions and on Saturday afternoon, from 3 to 5.30. The other new pictures for today are "The Monogrammed Cigarette" (Kalem drama), and "Pleasing Hor Husband" (Keystone comic). Tho ■'specials" for ladies and childron'at to-morrow's morning and afternoon sessions will bo "Tho Christening of tho Princess" (Patho coloured fairy tale), and "Cowboy Damon and Pythias" (Vitagraph Western drama).
