ARBITRATION COURT AWARDS

(fbess association telegbam.) ■DUNEDIN; November 27. The Arbitration Court heard the Licensed Drainers' dispute this morning, and'reserved its decision. • Two awards were filed. In the Otago Printers', Machinists'. and Bookbinders' dispute, the Court's award is in accordance with the recommendation of the Conciliation Council. The President's memorandum states that the award is the same as that made recently in other industrial districts_ in New Zealand. The award comes into force on December Ist, and remains till June, 1916. —■ -",„,-. The award in the 'Canister Workers dispute embodies, without alteration, the recommendation of the* Conciliation Council. The award operates from the Ist instant for two years.
