USE OF OIL FUEL. (By Cable.—Preee A«aociatioiL—Copyright.) (Received November 26th, 7.15 p.m.) BERLIN, November 25. Though the Naval Estimates do not include specific votos for oil fuel, they provide for tho construction of two IDOO-tons oil steamers for carrying oil to warships at sea, indicating that tho use of oil fuel in the Navy is increasing.
