Tho date of the Dominions' Exliibitibit has bfeen fixed for 1915, because it is the centenary of Waterloo,' and the year of the next quadrennial meeting of the Imperial Conference;. also because it will then bo seven hundred years since Magiia Charta was signed. It is anticipated that the Empire Trade Commission's report trill be published in that year. The exhibits must all bo British, and of « non L political character. The profits will be devoted to practical Imperial purposes. It is intended to. make the Exhibition an educational one. The directors regret that it clashes with the San Francisco Exposition, but state that their'a was mooted first. "
