(Received November 25tli, 10.5 p.m.) MEXICO CITY, November 25. Fierce fighting is proceeding between the Federals and Constitutionalists in the neighbourhood of Juarez. Tho Federals were- driven back at first, but oh reinforcements arriving they gained ground. Tho battle is still raging. Heavy losses aro reported. Ten thousand troops are engaged. El Paso reports that General Villa, the Constitutionalist leader, surrounded General Salayar's Federals, and cut hundreds to pieces. Villa is seeking to take Salayar alive in order to execute him.
