THE REFORM CANDIDATE.
A meeting of tho Cashmere- Hill stroporters of Mr M. J. Miller, Reform candidate for tho Lyttelton seat in tho House of Representatives, was held last evening, Mr Guise Brittan presidinjr over a good attendance. Mr R, Mowe chairman of the Lyttelton Harbour' -Board, paid a tribute to Mr Miller* worth, and a committee of fifteen, with. Messrs Brittan and J. P. W. Le© _$ chairman and secretary respectively was set up to further his candidature It was decided to a.sk Mr Miller to ao% dress the electors at as early a dite as possible.
