(PBESa ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) AUCKLAND, November 24. At the Supreme Court, Leslie Johns, for assault on a girl six years of age, was sentenced to two years' reformative treatment. Ernest Harry Elliott, for indecent assault on a boy, received a similar sentence. John Brown, for indecent assault on a male, was sentenced to three years' imprisonment with hard labour. Daniel Pow. a Maori, aged 19, for carnal knowledge of a girl of 14, at Waihi. was sentenced to three years' imprisonment and four years' reformative treatment.
