Combined Doubles—Mrs Layers and Haynea lost to Down and Miss Gardiner, 5-7; Mrs Arnst and Morland beat Miss Beattio and Gardiner, 7-3; Mrs Shadbolt and Coleman lost to Miss Mercer and Moyna, 4-7; Miss Legg and McGill beat Turnpenny and. Miss Ell, 7-3.
