A ROOT REMEDY WANTED
(iiy Cable.—Pres» Association.—Copyright.) (Received November 2Brd, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, November 22.
Larkin, in a manifesto, invites English trades unionists to compel their leaders to terminate the warfare in Dublin. .He declares tlir the leaders act as though trade unionism were intended as a salve to the sore ot poverty, illusage, long hours, and low wages. It is a root remedy that is wanted, not industrial commissioners, conciliation boards or Cabinets to chloroform tho workers and persuade them to remain as dumb, driven dogs.
