FORCIBLE FEEDING.
DEAN OF DURHAM REFUSES TO SIGN A PROTEST. ("Time*"- Sydney "Sun ,, Special Cable.) LONDON, November 22. The Rev- H. H- Benson, Dean of Durham, refused to sign a protest pror moted by the Bishop of Kensington against the forcible feeding of women. He declared that it was unworthy of a good Christian to embarrass the Government in suppressing crime when he was confessedly unable to suggest any better course.
