A HIGH-CLASS MATCH ARRANGED. ~ Arrangements wero completed on Saturday whereby Mr B. McDonnells Australasian record-holder Emmelmo 2min Bsee, by Rotiuschild from Imperialism, and Mr James Conways American-bred mare Lovelocks, 2mm oj sec. by Zolock—Carrio 8., will meet m a match at the approaching Summer Meeting of the Brighton Club- The Ciub lilts offered a purso of £75 for the contest, which will be over a mile with a flying start. Mr C'onway's mare put up her round on one of the fastest and most scientifically laid-out tracks in —•* United States, and therefore she may not do bho same time here. In aiiv event, the match between these two flying mares will bo one of tho many big attractions the marino club will offer its patrons. Tne race between Lovelocks and Einmeline will take place on tho first day of the Meeting, and probably both will competo in the twomile free-for-all Now Brighton on the second day.^
