BENGALIS ARRESTED AND BOMBS SEIZED. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) CALCUTTA, November 21. In view of tho Viceroy's early visit to this city, tho police are searching for an Anarchist Tiamed Seashnnker. They have arrested thrco Bengalis, and seized partly finished bombs similar to those -used against the Viceroy at Delhi. (Received November 23rd, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, November 22. The "Daily Telegraph's" Calcutta correspondent states that Seashanker rented a room, and the three Bengalis were apparently visitors. The discovery of what is alleged to bo an Anarchist plot is considered the most important police achievement for years. The Director of Criminal Investigation said he believed that the results of the raid would support the theory of a plot, and that the bombs wore made in Bengal, but unknown outsiders -wcro engaged to throw the missiles. A search revealed four bombs, a case of fuses, and implements and materials to finish them. Much correspondence was seized, and, frith the arrests, is expected to furnish a clue to tho inner circle of the Anarchist (Conspiracy.
