CO-OPERATIVE FAPTORY CLOSED. ALLEGED HARSH MANAGEMENT Bt WORKERS. ("Timee"-Sydney "Sun" Special Cable.) (Iteceived November 2ist, 6.45 p.m.) LONDON, November 20. The Workmen's Co-operative wiass Factory in Paris has been ootiged to close its doors, despite the fact that it is overrun witn orders, and has received tie active support of the trade unions. The men are unable to agree amongst themselves, and strikes are almost of weekly occurrence. The managing committee is composed exclusively of workmen, who are alleged to be harder upon the men than any private employer.
